摘要
建立了固相萃取结合高效液相法测定地下水中的15种多环芳烃。采用CLEAN—UP C18固相萃取小柱富集水样,系统考察了样品的流速和洗脱剂的强度、用量、有机改性剂加入的量以及氮气浓缩条件对测定的影响。15种多环芳烃的方法检出限为1~146g/L,加标回收率在73.4%~105%之间。本实验方法简便快速、稳定可靠,适用于地下水中15种多环芳烃的测定。
A method of solid-phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography determination of fifteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in groundwater has been established, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were extracted from groundwater with CLEAN-UP C,s SPE cartridge, and Various parameters on the determination were studied. (i. e. the sample flow rates, eluent strength, eluent volume, organic modifier concentration and concentrated condition with Nitrogen Evaporators. ) The detection limits were 1 - 14ng· L^-1, and average recoveries 73.4% - 104%. The method is accurate, simple, rapid, stable and reliable, which can be used to determine polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in groundwater.
