摘要 曲酸化学名称为5-羟基-2-羟甲基-1,4-吡喃酮。近年来国外许多研究试验结果证实.曲酸对人体皮肤黑色素的生成有很强的抑制作用,而且安全、无毒,不会产生白斑后遗症。因而,配入化妆水、面膜、乳液、膏霜中,可制得能有效治疗雀斑、老年斑、色素沉着的美白化妆品, The new method for synthesis of kojic dipalmitate was introduced in this paper. The kojic dipalmitate was synthesized by two-step reaction, at first acyl chlorination of palmatic acid was carried out and then condensation of obtained palmatic acylate with kojic acid was conducted. The optimum experimental conditions of acyl chlorination were obtained by investigation under different reaction conditions, such as the molecular ratio of palmatic acid to bis (trichloromethyl) carbonate, the reaction endurance and the temperature of reaction etc., thus a facile approach for synthesis of palmatic acylate was achieved.
