摘要
曲酸的安全性是全球化妆品行业关注的焦点。对曲酸的安全性评价研究,包括急性毒性、皮肤(眼)刺激性、皮肤致敏性、致突变性(遗传毒性)、生殖发育毒性、慢性毒性(致癌性),临床案例研究以及世界主要国家对曲酸的化妆品法规管理现状进行论述,以期为我国对化妆品中曲酸的监管提供参考依据。
The safety of kojic acid is the focus of the global cosmetics industry.In order to provide a reference for the cosmetic regulations of kojic acid in China,the safety evaluation of kojic acid,including acute toxicity,skin(eye)irritation,skin sensitization,mutagenicity(genetic toxicity),reproductive&developmental toxicity,chronic toxicity(carcinogenicity)and clinical case studies were reviewed.The current status of cosmetic regulations management of kojic acid in major countries over the world were also introduced.
