酸碱度和温度对考马斯亮蓝法显示细胞骨架的影响 被引量:3

摘要 细胞骨架是维持细胞生命活动非常重要的结构成分,狭义上主要是指细胞质骨架,其装配和解聚受酸碱度、温度和钙离子浓度等多种因素的影响。本文使用显示细胞骨架最常用的考马斯亮蓝染色法初步探讨了酸碱度和温度对细胞骨架的影响程度。试验结果表明,不适当的酸碱度和温度都会导致细胞骨架的解聚,光镜下呈现不同程度的云雾状和空泡状,云雾状多出现在酸碱处理组,而空泡状多出现在温度处理组。 The narrow sense of cytoskeleton is the cytoplasm cytoskeleton which play an important role in maintaining life activities of cells. It' s assembly and depolymerization are affected by pH value, temperature, concentration of calcium ions and so on. In this experiment, eoomassie brilliant blue staining was used to preliminarily invest the influence extent of pH value and temperature on cytoskeleton. Results showed that improper pH value and temperature could induce cytoskeleton depolymerization which displayed cloudiness and bubble cavitation to different degree, and that cloudiness mainly existed in group treated with different pH value while bubble cavitation often appeared in group treated with different temperature.
