摘要
自高校扩招以来,大学的在校生和教师数量陡增,租住群体也日益增多,他们的出现既有客观上的原因,也有主观上的原因。租住生活在给师生带来许多不便的同时,也使高校管理面临诸多难题。大学应该给予这一群体更多的关注与重视,寻找对校外租房学生合理、科学的管理办法,这将有利于推进高校后勤社会化改革和加强大学生的教育与管理。
The amount of renting group is increasing with the rising number of college students and teachers since the policy of college＇s enlarging enrollment. The emergement of renting group has its own cause. Meanwhile,renting life brings a lot of difficulties not only for teachers and students but also for the management. Thus, more attention should be paid to this special group. Scientific and suitable ways to manage the renting students are beneficial for improving the social revolution of the logistics and strengthening the education and management of college students.
