摘要
肝纤维化是各种致病因素导致肝内结缔组织异常增生的肝内弥散性细胞外基质过度沉积的病理过程。近年来对单味中药抗肝纤维化作用研究已取得了一定的进展,笔者收集了2003—2008年间单味中药抗肝纤维化实验研究的相关文献,其下列举研究较为深入、具有代表性的中药,并简述其主要研究结果、进展。
Hepatic fibrosis was caused by intrahepatic connective tissue dysplasia due to many pathological factors,Which was a massive diffuse ECM deposition pathological process in human body. Scientists had achieved big progress in reaseach of antic-hepatic fibrosis using single herb. Literatures were collected from 2003 to 2008 on the study of it .And the more intensive and representative results about single herb were represented as follows.
