摘要
本科生导师制与研究生导师制是两种不同的教育机制,二者在基本职能、导师队伍建设、导学方式、平台构建、工作机制、功能定位及实现途径等方面存在明显区别,前者重在人生引导,具有开放性,属于隐性教育的范畴,后者重在学术指导,属于显性教育的范畴。
The graduate tutor system and the postgraduate tutor system are different educational systems and they differ greatly in functions, construction of tutor team, tutoring methods, construction of tutoring platform, working mechanism, function location and implementation ways. The former focuses on the guide of life, being open and belonging to the invisible education; while the latter focuses on the instructions of academic study, belonging to the visible education.
