曲霉L8对有机磷农药乐果的降解作用 被引量:19

摘要 从广州农药厂的活性污泥中分离到一株迄今未见报道的以乐果为唯一碳源和能源的霉菌。该菌在乐果无机盐培养基中生长良好,96h降解率达58%。经鉴定,该菌株为曲霉菌,并对其他有机磷农药也有较好的降解作用。 An organism, identified as Aspergillus sp. L8 has been isolated from activated sludge at Guangzhou Pesticides Factory. This work has never been reported so far, in which dimethoate was used as sole carbon and energy source, it could grow in dimethoate medium for 96 hr cultivation, the rate of degrading dimethoate could reach 58%, and also degrading other organophosphates very well.
