摘要
对15个草地早熟禾品种(系)种子在0、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%、1.0%浓度NaCl胁迫下的发芽率、发芽势、相对盐害率等指标进行了测定,结果表明,15个草地早熟禾品种(系)的发芽率、发芽势都随着NaCl浓度的递增而下降,相对盐害率则随着NaCl浓度递增而增加,表明盐胁迫对草地早熟禾种子的萌发有明显的抑制作用。对各指标综合评价后筛选出耐盐材料2份031315和031322草地早熟禾;敏盐材料3份031310,031312和031318草地早熟禾,均来自黑龙江省,其他为中等耐盐材料。
Effect of sodium chloride on seed germination of 15 Kentucky bluegrass varieties was tested. The results showed that seed germination rate and potential seed germination were decrease while relative salt injury rate increase with the rising of sodium chloride concentration. The materials, 031315 Kentucky bluegrass and 031322 Kentucky bluegrass, were salt tolerant group. However, the materials, 031310 Kentucky bluegrass, 031312 Kentucky bluegrass and 031318 Kentucky bluegrass were salt sensitive group,all these materials came from Heilongjiang.
