龙爪茅与海滨雀稗抗寒性比较 被引量:3

摘要 以海南野生海滨雀稗和海滨雀稗育成品种Salam作对照,对龙爪茅的抗寒性进行了评价。在实验室模拟秋冬季温度条件下,测定了龙爪茅及海滨雀稗的相对电导率(REC),氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和二醛(MDA)含量的变化,并在南京田间条件下观测了各材料越冬期间的枯黄率。结果显示,25~5℃温度处理,各材料基本不受伤害,REC,SOD活性和MDA含量变化不明显。5~0℃条件下,各材料REC基本不变,但SOD活性下降,MDA含量增加。0^-16℃条件下,各材料随温度的降低,REC迅速增加,SOD活性迅速降低,而MDA含量升高。通过拟合Logistic方程分析,龙爪茅,海南野生海滨雀稗和Salam的LT50分别为-4.2,8.0和-8.1℃。田间自然条件下各材料自10月26日开始逐渐表现出枯黄,其枯黄速度龙爪茅最快,海南野生海滨雀稗次之,Salam最慢。结果表明,龙爪茅耐寒性逊于海滨雀稗,其草坪利用需要进行耐寒性方面的驯化选育。 Crowfoot grass (Dactyloctenium aegyptium ) and seashore paspalum (Paspalum vaginatum ), commonly found on the seaside of South China,can be used as turfgrass. In order to probe if crowfoot grass has utilization value,wild seashore paspalum that collected from Hainan Province and the bred variety of seashore paspalum"Salam"were performed as control to evaluate cold resistance of crowfoot grass in this experiment. Under laboratory simulation of temperature conditions in autumn and winter, relative electrical conductivity(REC), malondiadehyde(MDA)content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of leaves were determined. Withering rate during overwintering period under field condition in Nanjing was also observed. The results showed that 25-5℃ treatments basically had no impacts on experimental materials and their REC, MDA content and SOD activity had no obvious changes. Under 5-0℃ conditions, REC kept essentially constant,SOD activity descended but MDA content increased. Under -16-0 ℃ treatments, REC of experimental materials increased rapidly,SOD activity descended sharply and MDA content increased with the lower of temperature. Based on the analysis combined with Logistic equation, LT50 of crowfoot grass, Hainan wild seashore paspalum and Salam were -4.2℃,-8℃ and -8. 1℃ respectively. Under field condition, experimental materials started to appear withered gradually since October 26. The withering rate of crowfoot grass was the fastest, Hainan wild seashore paspalum faster and Salam the slowest. The result indicated that cold resistance of crowfoot grass was inferior to seashore paspalum,domestication and breeding of cold resistance aspect should be done if it is used as turf.
