摘要
采用均匀设计数理统计方法,对硫化烯烃、硫磷酸复酯胺盐、硫代磷酸酯胺盐、油性剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂等添加剂进行了相关性研究。结果表明,硫代磷酸酯胺盐是影响四球PB值的主要因素,对四球PB值的提高具有正效应,可抑制油品在氧化过程中油泥的产生;硫化烯烃是影响铜腐蚀的主要因素,随硫化烯烃加剂量增加,铜腐蚀变差;硫化烯烃和硫磷酸复酯胺盐是影响油品氧化后粘度增长的主要因素,且具有交互作用;金属钝化剂是影响氧化后油品损失的主要因素,金属钝化剂随加剂量增加,油品氧化后损失逐渐变小,具有正效应;防锈剂和油性剂是影响氧化后油品磷保持的主要因素。
A mathematical statistical method of welldistributed design was used to study the interaction and synerism among sulfurized olefin,sulfuricphosphoric acid diester amine salt,thiophosphoric acid ester amine salt,oiliness additive,antirust agent and metal deactivator.The result showed that thiophosphoric acid ester amine salt is the main influence factor for P[WTBZ]B value of fourball test,and can inhibit the oil sludge in oil oxidation;as the sulfurized olefin increases,the copper corrision becomes worse;sulfurized olefin and sulfuricphosphoric acid diester amine salt influence the viscosity of oil after oxidation,with interaction;the more the metal deactivator was added,the less the evaporation loss after oil oxidation;it is antirust and oiliness additives that keep the P after oil oxidation.
