摘要
用HQ-1试验机考察了P-N剂与T321复配体系的润滑性能,结果表明:P-N剂与T321复配,能产生协同效应,其中PN-2与T321复配,润滑性能最优。用31PNMR和FT-IR分析了P-N剂与T321间的液相反应,未发现有新的含磷化合物生成;用XPS、AES分析了摩擦表面膜的元素组成,发现生成含磷、硫、氮的化学反应膜;用EDAX分析了P-N剂与T321复配体系与铁的反应,首先发现氮元素能调节磷硫元素与铁的反应速度,使生成的磷酸轶、硫化铁达到最佳匹配。
Lubricating features of combination of Sulfurized Olefin (T321 ) and Phosphorous-Nitrogen (P-N ) agents were determined by HQ- 1 machine. A synergistic effect between T321 and P-N agents has been found. PN- 2 and T321 combined together has the best lubricating property. A new P-containing compound has not formed from T321 and P-N agents by 31 P NMR and FT-IR analyses. The reaction film containing phosphorous,sulfur and nitrogen was formed on rubbed surface by XPS, AES analyses. Electron dispersion X -ray analysis (EDAX) showed that nitro-gen element can regulate the reaction rates of phosphorous and sulfur reacted with iron and makes the phosphate iron and sulfonating iron formed get to optimum mate
