摘要
报道了木材乙基化改性、乙基化木材的溶解、乙基化木材-双酚A型环氧树脂的制备及其应用的某些研究结果。发现增重率(WPG)6~23的乙基化木材可在温和条件(80℃)下溶解于双酚A-乙酸乙酯溶液中,形成的溶液可用于制备以木材主成份为骨架的新型环氧树脂胶粘剂。
This paper is reported some research results about the ethylated modification of wood, the resolution ofthe ethylated wood in some solvents, and the preparation and application of ethylated wood epoxy resin adhesives. The ethylated wood of weight percent gain(WPG) about 6-23 can resoluted at 80℃ in bisphenolA-ethyl acetate solution. In the presence of NaOH, these solution can reacted with epichlorohydrin toproduce new epoxy resin adhesive with wood as backbone.
