摘要
目的:探讨玄参凉血分散片中异嗪皮啶的体外溶出度及溶出动力学。方法:采用浆法,以玄参凉血普通片为参比制剂,采用HPLC法测定两种制剂在以水为溶出介质中的异嗪皮啶累积溶出度。结果:分散片中异嗪皮啶的溶出度受pH影响不大,在45min已全部溶出,溶出过程以Higuchi模型拟合最佳。与普通片比较,溶出速率快,溶出完全。结论:玄参凉血分散片具有速释作用,考察方法简单、稳定、可靠。
Objective： To study on the dissolution in vitro and digestion kinetics of isofraxidin in Xuanshenliangxue Dispersible Tablets. Methods： Paddle method was adopted. We compared the dissolution in vitro between Xuanshenliangxue Conventional Tablets and Dispersible Tablets by HPLC. Results： Xuanshenliangxue Dispersible Tablets can dissolve in 45 minutes and had no effect on pH. Higuchi distributing modle was the best simulation for dissolution in vitro. Compared with the Conventional Tablets, Dispersible Tablets dissolved quickly and completely. Conclusion： The Dispersible Tablets release rapidly, and the method is convenient, stabilize and reliable.
