玻璃基TiO2-Fe2O3-CeO2复合纳米薄膜的光催化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 摘要:在溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2胶膜表面涂覆金属离子,通过焙烧制备TiO2-Fe2O3-CeO2复合纳米薄膜。以甲基橙为目标降解物,讨论过渡金属离子Fe3+和稀土金属离子Ce2+的掺杂对TiO2薄膜光催化活性的影响。采用SEM、XRD、EDS等表征手段对复合氧化物薄膜进行表征。结果表明:所制备的薄膜具有纳米结构;Fe3+、Ce3+单掺和Fe3+/Ce3+共掺均可提高TiO2薄膜的光催化性能,但相同条件下共掺离子的光催化活性更高。 The metal ions were coated on TiO2 colloidal films prepared by sol-gel method,and a sintering process was adopted to make composite TiO2-Fe2O3-CeO2 nano-films. Taking methyl orange as degraded,it was aimed to discuss the effect of transition metal ion Fe3+ and rare earth ion Ce3+ on photo-catalytic activity of TiO2 thin films. SEM,XRD and EDS were used to characterize the composite oxide-films. The experiment re- sults showed that the film had nano-structure. The co-doped Fe3+ and Ce4+ composite TiO2 films were more effective than the pure TiO2, doped Fe3+ or doped Ce4+ films to photo-degradation methyl orange in solution.
