摘要
本文介绍的胶膜法渗硼是将渗硼所需要的供硼剂、活化剂与塑料混合制成塑料薄膜,或与纸浆混合制成纸膜,将其粘贴在金属表面,加热至高温实现渗硼。用该方法可以得到与固体法、盐浴法相同的渗硼组织和耐磨性。用感应加热的方法可以实现表面硼共晶化。
A plastic (papet) film is made of boride, activator, extender, rasin (pulp) etc. . It is adhered to the steel surface for boronizing at elevated temperature. Boroaizing surface structure and wear resistance obtained by this method and that obtained by pack and salt bath method are in the same level. The adhesive film (paper)will be used in the surface eutectic boronizing by induction heating.
