摘要
目的探讨兔VX2肝癌的血流灌注特点。方法采用PHILIPS Brilliance64层螺旋CT对10例兔VX2肝癌及8例正常兔(对照组)进行灌注扫描,分别计算其肝动脉灌注量(hepatic arterial perfusion,HAP)、肝门静脉灌注量(hepatic portal perfusion,HPP)、总肝灌注量(total liver perfusion,TLP)、肝动脉灌注指数(hepatic arterial perfusion index,HAPI)及门静脉灌注指数(hepatic portal perfusion index,HPPI)。结果兔VX2肝癌HAP和HAPI较对照组显著增高(P<0.05),而HPP、TLP和HPPI较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT(multidetector computed tomography,MDCT)灌注成像可以定量反映兔VX2肝癌的血流灌注情况;兔VX2肝癌的血流灌注特点为高动脉血流和低门脉血流,与人类原发性肝癌(primary hepatic carcinoma,PHC)类似,是PHC介入治疗实验研究的理想动物模型。
To study the hemodynamics of VX2 hepatic tumors in rabbits by using CT perfusion imaging. Methods: Ten New Zealand White rabbits with VX2 hepatic tumors underwent functional CT two weeks after the VX2 hepatic tumors implantation, another eight normal New Zealand White rabbits served as control rabbits. Hepatic arterial perfusion (HAP), hepatic portal perfusion (HPP), total liver perfusion (TLP), hepatic arterial perfusion index (HAPI) and hepatic portal perfusion index (HPPI) were measured by using a functional CT software program. Results: The HAP and HAPI values of VX2 hepatic tumors in rabbits were significantly higher than those in the control rabbits (P〈0.05), inversely, the HPP, TLP and HPPI values of VX2 hepatic tumors in rabbits were markedly lower than those in the control rabbits respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The VX2 hepatic tumors in rabbits demonstrated their hemodynamics as human primary hepatic carcinomas, and CT perfusion imaging can evaluate the blood perfusion of VX2 hepatic tumors in rabbits exactly.
