摘要
采用不同浓度的异氰酸酯-丙酮溶液对杨木进行抽真空-加压浸渍实验,以提高杨木的表面密度和硬度,改善杨木特性,扩大其应用范围和途径,提高产品的附加值。结果表明,以转化率作为考察指标,最佳工艺参数如下:异氰酸酯浸渍液浓度的质量分数为35%,抽真空1h,压力-0.1MPa;加压浸渍压力0.8MPa,加压浸渍时间3h。
The vacuum-pressure impregnation experiment on poplar is conducted using isoeyanate-acetone solution with various concentration in order to improve the density and rigidity of polar surface, to improve the property of poplar, to extend its application scope and to advance the added value of the product. The experiment shows that, with the conversion rate as assess index, the best technical parameters are as follows; the quality percentage of isocyanate impregnation concentration is 35%; vacuum time is lh; vacuum pressure is -0.1MPa ; impregnation pressure is 0.8MPa, impregnation time is 3h.
