摘要
特种车底盘的车架焊接是一个难点。针对特种车底盘的车架焊接变形,对焊接工艺方案进行改进,提出了一种新的焊接工艺方案,理论分析及实际应用结果均表明,该方案大大降低了车架的焊接变形,提高了生产效率。
It is difficult to weld the chassis' frame. The new program was put forward to carry out the improvements on the bonding technology for the deformation of the chassis solders . The result applying from theoretical analysis and reality equally indicates that it can reduce the welding deformation greatly, and enhances the efficiency at the same time.
