摘要
介绍了一种简易的基于运动学原理的颗粒物料恢复系数测量方法。通过调整碰撞板被碰撞点离底座上表面的高度测量得到两种不同高度所对应的投射距离,从而计算出颗粒物料在不同条件下的恢复系数。以杂交水稻稻种为例,测量了3种稻种在不同影响因素及水平条件下的恢复系数,效果较好。通过正交表的工程平均,并进行回归分析,得到了一定含水率稻种的恢复系数与下落高度之间的回归方程。
A simple measurement method,based on kinematics principle,of restitution coefficient of granular material was introduced in the paper.Through adjusting the height of impact point on the impacted board above top surface of the base of the measurement equipment,rebounding distance of the granular material of 2 different heights of impact point was obtained,then restitution coefficient of granular material under different conditions can be calculated.Take hybrid rice seed as an example,restitution coefficients of 3 types of rice seed were tested with good performance under different affecting factors and levels.Regression equation between restitution coefficient of rice seed at certain degree moisture content and drop height was obtained via regression analysis after data in the orthogonal table being processed by means of engineering average.
