摘要
[目的]通过对昌邑市医疗卫生机构消毒质量监测结果分析，探索预防院内感染和医源性感染的措施和方法。[方法]对昌邑市25家医疗机构机构使用中的消毒液、物体表面、医护人员手、室内空气、压力灭菌器、污水等样品，依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》及《医院消毒卫生标准》进行采样、检测。[结果]2007-2009年每年的5～6月采集检测各种标本1555份，总合格率为81．86％。不同年份间合格率的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。县级医院、乡镇卫生院、个体诊所的合格率分别为89．15％、85．17％、74．72％，不同级别单位间合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]全市医疗卫生机构消毒合格率较低，特别是乡镇卫生院和个体诊所消毒观念淡薄，必须加强消毒管理工作。
[Objective]To analyze the monitoring result of disinfection in medical institutions in Changyi city, to explore the preventive measure of nosocomail and iatrogenic infection. [Methods]Samples of disinfectant, surface of object, the hands of medical personnel, room air, pressure sterilization and the sewage were collected from 25 medical institutions in Changyi city and tested based on ＂Regulation of Disinfection Technique＂ and ＂ Hygienic Standard of Hospital Disinfection ＂ by Ministry of Public Health. [Results]1555 different samples were collected from May to June during 2007 to 2009 in each year,the total qualified rate was 81.86%. There was no difference of the qualified rate in different years（ P 〉0. 05）. The qualified rate was 89.15% ,85.17% and 74.72% in the hospitals at county level,town clinics and private clinics respectively. There was a difference of the qualified rate in different units（ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The qualified rate of disinfection was lower in medical institutions in Changyi city,more attention not be paid especially in town clinics and private clinics. Disinfection management must be strengthened.
