摘要
笔者调查某医院１９９２年外科手术病人２１２６例，共有２２７人发生医院感染２４１例次，医院感染率为１０．６８％，例次感染率为１１．３４％。与同期调查的非手术病人医院感染率４．８５％，例次感染率４．９８％比较明显为高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明外科手术病人医院内感染是严重的，是医院监控重点。感染主要部位为术后伤口、下呼吸道及泌尿道，占整个感染部位的８２．１２％。预防外科手术病人院内感染的对策，主要是健全反馈系统，及时沟通信息，实施有效监测手段，加强消毒隔离工作，突出手术后病人的护理等。
n an investigation on
2126 operative patients in a hospital in 1992, 227 were found to
havenosocomial infection with 241 person-times. The nosocomial
infection rate was 10.68%and thecase infection rate was 11.34%. They
were higher than nonoperative nosocomial infection rate andcase
infection rates were 4.85%and 4. 98%,respectively. The main sites of
infection were postoperative cuts,in lower respiratory tract and
urinarytract.These three parts held 82.12%of the sites of infection.
