摘要 目的观察趋化性细胞因子CCL28在人涎腺腺淋巴瘤中的表达。方法提取38例人涎腺腺淋巴瘤样本中的总RNA,进行逆转录及PCR反应,然后采用实时荧光定量PCR,检测CCL28 mRNA在涎腺腺淋巴瘤瘤体组织和涎腺正常组织中的表达。结果腺淋巴瘤瘤体组织中趋化性细胞因子CCL28 mRNA的表达较正常组织显著降低(P<0.01)。结论人涎腺腺淋巴瘤体组织对趋化性细胞因子CCL28表达的降低,可能与其发生发展有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of CCL28 in adenolymphoma of human salivary glands. Methods The expression of CCL28 mRNA was examined in adenolymphoma of 38 patients and normal tissues by real time polymerase chain reaction method. Results The expression level of CCL28 mRNA in adenolymphoma was significantly lower than that in normal tissues ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression of CCL28 in the adenolymphoma was down- regulated. Conclusion The attenuated expression of CCL28 mRNA may be associated with the onset of adenolymphoma.
