摘要
针对工程实例,采用粒型好、级配合理的机制砂和多级配碎石,可获得混凝土最小孔隙率,通过优化配合比,完全可以取代天然砂配制高强高性能混凝土。从评定结果反映出机制砂配制的混凝土质量稳定,标准偏差小,构件质量均匀。
In view of engineering practice, using well type and rational level machine-made sand and crushed rock, concrete of smallest porosity can be gained;and by optimizing the mix proportion, the natural sand can be completely replaced to prepare high-strength and high performance concrete.The results from,the assessment reflects the stable concrete quality,small standard deviation and uniform components quality are achieved by machine-made sand.
