摘要
天然砂日益匮乏,机制砂成为解决这一困境的主要途径。虽机制砂存在取材方便等优势,但与天然砂相比,机制砂生产工艺的差异使得机制砂在粒形特征、石粉含量等物理化学性质方面异于天然砂。因此,采用机制砂如何配制混凝土及机制砂混凝土耐久性等问题引起了研究人员的关注。研究人员对机制砂混凝土配合比设计方法、高性能机制砂混凝土的配制及机制砂对混凝土耐久性能的影响等开展了大量试验研究工作。通过对机制砂混凝土的试验研究状况进行总结与分析,为机制砂混凝土的应用提供参考。
River dredged sand is increasingly scarce,and manufactured sand has become the main way to solve this problem.Although the manufactured sand is easy to got,manufactured sand differs from natural sea and river dredged sand in its physical and mineralogical properties.Therefore,how to prepare concrete with manufactured sand and durability of concrete with manufactured sand have attracted researchers’attention.Researchers have carried out a lot of experimental research work on the mix design method of manufactured sand concrete,the preparation of high-performance manufactured sand concrete and the influence of manufactured sand on the durability of concrete.This paper summarizes the experimental research on manufactured sand and concrete,and provides reference for the application research on manufactured sand.
