摘要
主要介绍了一种基于可编程逻辑器件FPGA,用VHDL硬件描述语言作为平台,实现计量光栅4倍频细分技术的方法。采用细分技术可以提高计量光栅的分辨率和测量精度,而利用软件平台实现细分,则可以根据实际测量需要,灵活地改变电路的细分倍数。
This paper mainly introduces a technique for the realization of the measurement grating four-octave subdivision based on programmable logic device FPGA, using VHDL hardware description language as a platform. The use of this technology can improve the resolution of measurement grating and measurement accuracy, and the circuit subdivision multiples can be changed agilely according to the need of actual measurement by using the software platform.
