摘要
研究了分散、乳化条件及成囊工艺对以苯乙烯为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备苯乙烯微胶囊状态的影响。讨论了不同乳化剂及其配比,不同乳化分散时间、搅拌速度和固化温度对微胶囊的包覆率、粒径的大小及分布情况的影响,最终确定以阿拉伯树胶和DBS按1∶3的比例混合作为乳化剂,1500 r/min搅拌,分散乳化60 min,85℃固化3 h作为制备环氧树脂微胶囊的优化工艺条件。在此条件下得到平均粒径为15μm左右,粒度分布均匀的球形微胶囊,包覆率在80%以上。
Effect of dispersing emulsifying condition and encapsulation process on preparing the cinnamene microcapsule from cinnamene as wall material by the method of in-situ polymerization. Different emulsifying agent emulsification time, stirring speed and curing temperature on microcapsule appearance quality such as encapsulation rate, particle size, and distribution were investigated. Optimal reaction conditions were as follows:Arabic gum and DBS at weight ratio of 1 : 3, stirring for emulsifying at speed of 1 500 r/min and lasted 60 min, the curing temperature under 85 ℃ for 3 h. Under these conditions, the average particle diameter of 15 μm,uniform and spherical microencapsules of pendimethalin were obtained, their encapsulation rate was over 80%.
