摘要
采用原位聚合法,以聚脲甲醛为壁材、以双环戊二烯(DCPD)为囊芯合成聚脲甲醛包覆DCPD微胶囊。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱对其化学结构进行表征,利用热失重分析法和差示扫描量热法表征微胶囊的热稳定性。研究结果表明,聚脲甲醛包覆DCPD微胶囊在温度低于50℃时具有很好的热稳定性并能保持微胶囊的完整性,适合于制备低温或室温成型自修复复合材料。
Dicyclpentadiene(DCPD) microcapsules coated with poly (urea-formaldehyde) were prepared by in-situ polymerization technology. The chemical structures and the thermal stability of microcapsules were analyzed by using Fourier-transform infrared spoetroseopy(FTIR), thermogravimetrie analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) respectively. The results indicated that the microeapsules had good stability and kept intaetstate when the temperature was below 50℃. They were qualified for preparing serf-healing composites fabricated at low or room temperature.
