介绍了褪黑激素的合成与分泌过程,乳中褪黑激素水平不同时间的变化以及引起这些变化的影响因素。并对国内外富含褪黑激素乳制品的研究进行了简要介绍。
The paper introduced the synthesize and metabolize of Melatonin in the body. Reviewed the studies of Melatonin level in milk during the day time and night, and the impact factors of the changes of Melatonin level in milk. Also introduced the studies of Melatonin rich milk productions native and abroad.
