摘要
着作权登记越来越受到人们的关注。但多数人对着作权登记并不十分了解，甚至还存在误解。在业界，也由于对着作权登记缺乏全面了解，引发了许多争论。目前国家版权局正在准备对《作品自愿登记试行办法》、《着作权质押合同登记办法》进行修改，并着手制定《着作权合同登记和备案办法》。做好这些部门规章的制定和修订工作，对于最终完善着作权立法中有关着作权登记的规定将大有帮助。
Although the registration of copyrights is arousing increasing attention from people, a majority of people are not well aware of what the registration of copyrights means, or even have misunderstanding about it. In the publishing industry, there often occur controversies because of a lack of comprehensive understanding about the registration of copyrights. Presently, the National Copyright Administration is making preparations for revising the Trial Measures for Voluntary Registration of Works and the Measures for the Registration of Contracts for the Pledge of Copyrights
