摘要
以机械专业为例,探讨了地方高校培养创新人才的途径,提出可以从人才培养模式的构建、课程体系和教学内容的优化、教学方法和手段及考核方式的改革、实践教学环节的强化等方面深化教学改革,采取加强实验室和实践基地建设、实践教学改革、学生参加科技活动等措施,加强创新人才的培养。
On the basis of the social requirements of fostering innovative talents of mechanical engineering major, this paper put forward some new idea and ways, such as deepening the reform of teaching by means of constructing models of talents fostering, optimizing the course system and teaching content, reforming the teaching and test methods as well as reinforcing the process of practice, etc. We should strengthen the fostering of innovative engineering talents by means of building the laboratory and practical bases, reforming the practice teaching and students participating in the activities of science and technology, etc.
