摘要
目的:检测CD4^+ CD25^+调节性T细胞(Treg)在白癜风和银屑病患者外周血中的表达。方法:用流式细胞术检测19例白癜风患者、18例银屑病患者及19名正常人外周血中CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg的表达水平。结果:白癜风患者的CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg表达率为(1.056±0.662)%,低于正常对照组(2.022±0.98)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);银屑病患者的CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg为(1.761±1.396)%,与正常人无显著性差异(P=0.177)。结论:CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg细胞在白癜风患者外周血中数量明显减少。
Objective： To detect the level of CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells of peripheral blood in the patients with psoriasis and vitiligo. Methyls： The monoelonal antibody technique was used to detect the expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg ceil in 19 patients with vitiligo, 18 patients with psoriasis and 19 health controls by flow eytometer. Results： The expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg cell in patients with vitiligo was （ 1. 056 ＋＋ 0. 662） %, which was lower than that in normal controls （2. 022 ± 0.98）%, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg cell in the patients with psoriasis was （ 1. 761 ± 1. 396） %, with no significant difference （ P = 0. 177） when compared with normal controls. Conclusion： The expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋ Treg cell in the patients with vitiligo is decreased.
