摘要
乳酸菌是一类重要的革兰氏阳性菌,已广泛应用于食品、轻工业、医药、饲料等多个领域,是公认的具有较高经济价值的微生物.乳酸菌的遗传转化是限制其遗传操作的关键因素,制约着乳酸菌表达外源基因、基因功能鉴定和代谢机制的研究.本文综述了细胞收获时期、细胞壁削弱剂、质粒、电击参数等因素对乳酸菌电转化效率的影响,并对其中部分影响因素的作用机制进行了初步的探讨,旨在为乳酸菌电转化研究提供借鉴和参考.
Lactic acid bacteria are a group of Gram-positive bacteria, have been widely used in food, light industry, medicine, feed etc., are recognized as the higher economic value of microorganisms. The genetic transformation of lactic acid bacteria is a key factor which restricts their genetic manipulation. It limited the research about expression of exogenous genes, identification genes function, metabolic mechanism in lactic acid bacteria. The bacteria growth phase, cell wall-weakening agents, plasmid, electric pulse parameters were reviewed, and the some factors of mechanism were discussed in order to offer a reference for the research of transformation in lactic acid bacteria.
