小儿溶血尿毒综合征18例临床特征分析

摘要 【目的】探讨小儿溶血尿毒综合征(hemolytic uremic syndrome,HUS)的临床特点和治疗方法。【方法】对本院收治的18例HUS患儿的临床资料及治疗、护理进行回顾性分析。【结果】18例患儿,均符合HUS的诊断标准,典型性HUS患儿15例,非典型性HUS患儿3例。所有病例均为完全性HUS。治疗护理的关键是病程早期改善肾功能,纠正内环境的紊乱,改善患儿机体状态。【结论】早期诊断和恰当的治疗是挽救HUS患儿生命的关键。 [Objective] To explore the clinical features and therapeutic strategy for children with hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). [Methods] A retrospective analysis of clinical features, therapeutic strategy and nursing was made for 18 children suffering from HUS in our hospital in recent 8 years. [Results]Eighteen children with HUS accorded with the diagnosis standard. Among them, 15 cases were typical HUS and 3 cases were atypical HUS. All the patients were complete HUS. The key points in the treatment and nursing for HUS case were to improve the kidney function, retrieve the disorder of internal environment at the early stage and enhance the physical state of children.
