摘要
该文阐释了采用特尔菲法定权时产生偏差的原因,并提出建立土地定级因素的全要素体系的方法来解决此问题。实践证明,此方法不仅能快速有效地解决现有定权方法产生的偏差,还可以减少土地级别更新时重新进行专家打分的工作量。可为土地定级工作借鉴。
Aiming at the deficiencies of the result of gradation on land, caused by the disaccord between the incompletion of choosing land classification factors and the integrity of expert＇s thought, a integrated method based on a full factors system is designed to improve the deficiencies of weighting in land gradation in tradition Delphi method under different objects of gradation on land, and the integrated method is proved more reasonable.
