摘要 无水氯化钙可代替硫酸催化酯化反应。探讨了氯化钙催化9-羟基芴-9-甲酸甲酯的条件。操作简便、反应温和,无腐蚀,减少了污染与产品纯化。 The reaction condition of the preparation of Fluorene 9 Carboxilicate Methyl 9 hydroxy from Fluorene 9 Carboxilic acid 9 hydroxy was researched.It was conduded that it is possible for CaCl 2 to take the place of H 2SO 4 in the Catalytic reaction of systhetizing Esters.The advantages of using CaCl 2 as a Catalyst in the reaction are:with less amount of catalyst but more yield,simpler operation but less violent reaction,less pollution and corrosion but more pure product.
