摘要
研究了一种以十二水合硫酸铁铵为催化剂制备乙酸异戊酯的新工艺。实验考察了催化剂用量、物料配比、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响。采用四因素三水平进行正交实验,通过因素对收率影响的分析,确定合成工艺的最佳条件为催化剂3.5 g,n(乙酸)∶n(异戊醇)=1.2∶1,反应时间为3.0 h。该工艺使用的催化剂活性高,反应条件温和,酯化率可达98%以上。产品经折光率、红外光谱表征。
Preparation of isoamyl acetate using acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol as raw materials catalyzed by ammonium ferric sulface dodecahydrate has been studied. The effect of the molar ratio of raft material, titration time and the amount of catalyst on the yield of the product are observed. Optimum conditions of synthesizing technology that were determined by orthogonal design L9 (3^4 ) were acetic acid : isoamyl alcohol = 1.2 : 1, titration time was 3 hours, the amount of catalyst was 3.5 g. The experimental results proved this catalyst was mild. The yield of the product reached 98 %. Structure of objective product was characterized by IR and refractive index.
