摘要
在分析当今高校高层次人才队伍建设中存在问题的基础上,着重介绍了湖南农业大学在人才队伍建设中的一些思考与重要举措,同时针对存在的不足提出了下一步的建议,以期对我国高校高层次人才队伍建设提供一些有益借鉴。
On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in high level talent construction of present colleges and universities, some reflection and important countermeasures on talent construction in Hunan Agriculture University are introduced importantly, at the same time, some suggestion on the next step is raised to hope to precide some useful references for high level talent construction of China＇ s colleges and universities.
