摘要
中华人民共和国经济发展走过了60年的辉煌历程。60年,中国经济发展和制度变迁历经三个阶段,取得了令世界瞩目的巨大成就。与此同时,中国的经济体制和政策也发生了急剧而深刻的变革:由20世纪50年代选择的社会主义计划经济,发展到1978年以后的社会主义市场经济;发展方式和政策也由20世纪50年代强调优先发展重工业和区域均衡发展,到1978—2002年间注重农轻重协调发展和"两个大局";再到2003年以后提出"以人为本"的科学发展观。今天的中国经济正以全面协调和可持续发展,改变着GDP单兵突进式的增长,推动国民经济社会又好又快发展。
The development of China＇s economy has experienced a splendid 60 years in which China went through 3 stages of economic development and system transformation and has achieved remarkable accomplishments. In the meantime, China＇a economic system and policies has changed dramatically and deeply： from socialism planned economy in the 1950s to socialism market economy since 1978 ; from giving priority to developing heavy industries and regional balanced development to coordinating agricultur,~ light and heavy industries and ＂two top priorities＂ during the period of 1978 -2002, then to the people-oriented scientific outlook of development after 2003. Presently , China＇s economy is changing the single inerease of GDP by overall coordination and sustainable development so as to promote the development of national economy in a better and quicker way.
