摘要
院系教学档案在教学评估、服务教学和科研、促进教学管理等方面都有着不可估量的作用。针对院系级教学档案管理比较薄弱的状况,提出如下建议:严格执行教学档案管理制度是保障,规范教学档案管理是关键,建立奖励及考核制度是手段,开发利用教学档案是目的。
The teaching files have an immeasurable effect on teaching evaluation, teaching, researching and strengthening teaching management. As the management of teaching files is not in good order, the paper puts forward the following suggestions： strictly implementing the teaching file management system;regulating the teaching file management;establishing the award and evaluation system;developing and utilizing the teaching files.
