摘要
为对发生在某种猪场的一起疫情进行确诊,采集病死猪的病料进行实验室检查。结果:猪瘟荧光抗体检出率为50%(2/4),蓝耳病RT-PCR检出率为100%(4/4)。试验结果表明,本次疫病是由猪瘟和高致病性猪蓝耳病混合感染所致。
In order to diagnose definitely a loemia that occurred in a pig farm in Aug,2008. The epidemiological investigation, pathological changes observation and laboratory examination were carried out. Results : the detection rate of classical swine fever fluorescent antibody was 50% (2/4), the detection rate of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome RT - PCR was 100% (4/4). The results suggested that this loemia was caused by classical swine fever and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome mixed infection.
