摘要
面向绿色设计的节材目标,针对矿山机械的稀油润滑装置设计,分类比较分析了装置中各种阀门的节材性能及其对整个装置的节材性能的影响,认为对夹连接阀门的节材性能优于法兰连接阀门,并且在对夹连接的各种开关、阀门中,蝶阀的节材效果最好,提出了既有利于环境和生态,还可以为设备制造商和用户创造新价值的设计理念。
Based on the target of green design, material-saving property of various valves in device and its effect on the whole device material-saving property are analyzed and compared in view of the thin oil lubrication device design for mining machinery. It is considered that the wafer valve is better than the flanged valve in the aspect of material-saving, and the butterfly valve is the best of wafer valves. The green design principle is proposed which is favorable to the environment & ecology, and provides the new value to equipment manufacturer and clients.
