摘要
生产率为6000t·h-1装船机是港口散货输送的核心设备之一,结构(包括臂架系统)新颖且较复杂.应用有限元软件,建立6000t·h-1装船机臂架部分双肢、四肢钢结构的有限元模型进行2种设计方案的选型比较,对结构强度进行分析及验算,得出了2种结构的优缺点及适用范围.
6 000 t. h^-1 ship-loader is one of the important equipments in bulk material handling. The shiploader given here has a boom countweight mechanism to make it unique and more complex than traditional configuration. Two complete FEA models for steel structure of boom system are built. The structure stress is analyzed and checked. The advantages and disadvantages of both structures and the scope of application are given.
