矿用本安语音警示系统的设计

摘要 为了满足矿井灾害通报实时性需求,采用CAN总线传输数字语音的方式设计一种矿用本安型语音警示系统。该系统节点选用自带CAN控制器的PIC单片机为主控制器、具有低速语音编码算法的AMBE芯片为语音压缩编码处理单元、AT89C51SND1为MP3解码芯片,实现了语音数据的采集、压缩、低速率远程传输及MP3播放功能。测试结果表明:节点声音强度大于85 dB,失真度小于15%,系统频响优于±6 dB。CAN传输波特率为10 kbit/s时,节点间传输距离大于2 km,节点设计合理、性能稳定可靠、使用方便。 In order to meet the real-time requirement of the mine disaster warning, a mine intrinsic safe voice alert system has been designed. The system uses the CAN-bus to transmit digital voice. The node of this system ehooses PIC single chip with CAN eontroller as main controller, AMBE ehip with low rate voice coding arithmetie as voice eompression eoding proeessing unit, AT89C51SND1 as decoding chip of MP3, so it realizes the voice collection, compression, low speed transmission. Besides, it has the function of MP3. The results show that voice intensity is more than 85 decibel, the distortion of voice signal is less than 15%, the system frequency response is better than + 6 deeibel. The transmission distance between two voice nodes along the CAN-bus is more than 2 kilometers when the CAN band rate is 10kbit/s. And the reasonably designed nodes in this system can be used stabilizing reliably and conveniently.
