摘要
用复合含氟油剂对特种聚酯纤维滤料进行改性,显著提高了过滤性能和再生性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外(FTIR)分析了纤维表面结构,考察了对采油污水的静态、动态吸附规律。改性后的纤维滤料显著提高了对含油污水中油污的吸附量,经搅拌和清水冲刷容易再生使用。
A special polyester fiber was modified by a fluoric composite in this research. The modified filter shows excellent filtration and regeneration property. Its surface chemical and physical structures were characterized by means of SEM and FTIR, and static adsorption and dynamic filtration were investigated, respectively. In comparison with non-modified fibrous filter, its oil adsorption and filtration capacity are increased. In addition, the oil on the surface of the modified fiber can be washed away easily by water. Therefore, this novel filter is both recyelable and promising.
