摘要 近几年来,再生医学得到了飞速的发展,尤其在干细胞的诱导分化领域成为了研究热点。利用干细胞的强大分化潜能所培养出来的神经样细胞、心肌细胞、成骨样细胞、软骨细胞等为临床治疗提供了新的方案。随着中西结合治疗思想的深入,更多的学者将研究的重点投注于中药的诱导分化的研究。本文旨在探讨近几年来中药丹参及其主要成分对成体干细胞和胚胎干细胞(ES)的诱导分化作用的研究,提出当前研究存在的问题,为深入研究丹参的临床应用提供新思路,同时为进一步研究神经、心肌等组织细胞移植的组织工程学提供理论依据。 In recent years,regenerative medicine has been developed rapidly,particularly in stem cell induced differentiation field. The nerve-like cells,myocardial cells,osteoblast-like cells and cartilage cells and so on cultured by differentiation of stem cells provide a new program for clinical treatment. With the development of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diseases ,more scholars focus on researches of the induced differentiation of Chinese medicine. This paper aims to explore the induced differentiation of adult stem cells and embryonic stem cells by traditional Chinese medicine Danshen and its major components in recent years,and at the same time,point out current research problems,providing new ideas for the clinical application of Danshen and a theoretical basis for tissue engineering.
