摘要
中药的选择性调控作用在抗肾移植排斥反应中弥补了西药免疫抑制剂选择性差,且有明显毒副作用的缺陷。文章对中医、西医、中西结合在抗肾移植排斥反应中的应用进行阐述与分析,以探讨选择最佳方案——中西结合方案预防和治疗肾移植排斥反应。
Selective regulation of Chinese medicine in therapy for kidney transplantation rejection can compensate for the deficiency of the weak selectivity of western medicine immunosuppressive and its obviously toxic side-effects.The essay mainly discussed and analyzed the kidney transplantation rejection at TCM,Western medicine,Combination of TCM and western medicine in therapy,and concluded that it is an effective way to prevent and treat kidney transplant rejection through selecting the best combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicines.
