摘要
本文报导了一种In-BiCaVIG晶体磁场光纤传感器。实验结果表明,传感器可分辨的等效噪声磁场为10-8T/Hz,测量0~45×10-4T范围内的交变磁场时,传感器的线性度小于1%。这种传感器在小电流超高压电网中有重要应用。
A magnetic field optical fiber sensor based on In BiCaVIG crystal is described in this paper.Experimental results indicate that the noise equivalent magnetic field of this sensor to be distinguished is 10 -8 T/Hz,and the linearity of characteristic curve is better than 1% in measurement range form 0 T to 45×10 -4 T when the magnetic field signals are alternating ones.This sensor can be used in small electric current and supervoltage electrical power net.
