摘要 提出了火电厂DCS系统主控制室人机界面功能仿真评价方法,开发了主控制室功能仿真模型与人机界面评价软件。该方法可在主控制室投入运行之前对人机界面的设计与操纵员主观期望一致性进行仿真评价,减少由于人因设计不良而导致误读、误判和误操作的发生。构造了主控制室OM画面评价指标体系,运用层次分析法计算了OM画面评价指标的权值。采用操纵员作为评价主体对OM画面进行了功能仿真评价。评价结果表明,提出的火电厂DCS系统主控制室人机界面仿真评价方法能及时发现人机界面的设计缺陷,可用于工程应用前的人因设计评价。 A novel functional simulation evaluation approach for evaluating the human-machine interface in DCS main control room of power plant was proposed, and the interface model and evaluation software were developed. This method can be used in the consistency evaluation between operators' expectation and the designed intexface before it is to be used in real main control room. Through the evaluation, it can reduce the possibility of error reading, error judging and error operating that caused by the ill design of human factor. The operating and monitoring interface evaluation indexes of main control room were constructed and the weights were calculated by means of hierarchy analysis. Functional simulative evaluation of OM interface was carried out. Operators were selected as valuator. Evaluation results show that the proposed method can find fault in the human machine interface design in time, and it can take the preliminary evaluation using main control room digital model.
