摘要
随着Internet和ATM技术的发展,出现了相互依赖的发展需求,从而导致了IP与ATM结合技术的研究.文章着重介绍了目前出现的各种IP/ATM技术,作了简要比较,并探讨了IP和ATM结合所面临的问题和挑战.
Along with the rapid growth of Internet and the progress of ATM, there appears the DP/ATM integration trend. This paper reviews the current different IP/ATM technologies, briefly compares those technologies and analyzes the issues that IP/ATM faces and the intensive competitors DP/ATM encounters.
